This role provides essential administrative support to the Chairman & CFO and plays a key part in the team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional skilled in managing a broad range of administrative tasks and thrives in a high-energy setting.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Assist the with daily tasks to support the Chairman & CFO.
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements, providing both back-up and primary support as needed.
  • Prepare and process expense reports and invoices promptly; review expenses submitted to the Chairman’s Office for compliance and flag any out-of-policy items.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, maintain distribution lists, and assist with timekeeping, supply orders, and invoice processing.
  • Support special events, projects, and initiatives as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • P5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a Chairman.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and motivated team player with the ability to interact with colleagues at all organizational levels in a global, diverse setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and timeliness, and a strong sense of urgency.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
